| Each year, over 10,000 Australian organisations partner with the Workplace Training Advisory of Australia (WTAA) in pursuit of a single, common objective – the development of their employees. With a committed national team of consultants, WTAA is uniquely positioned to offer independent advice to Australian employers across key aspects of employee development. The WTAA also provides expert services in a wide range of important developmental areas. Some of these services include leadership development, executive mentoring, work/life balance, diversity and leadership ethics. WTAA’s Seminars and Events arm is Australia’s largest provider of professional development conferences. In 2009 alone, WTAA hosted over 200 separate events. Events range from 50 delegate workshops through to national 1,000+ delegate symposiums. |
